房間很好，服務員很熱情，熱水溫度和水壓都很不錯，雙床房的床是 0.8 米的，歐洲普遍都是這樣的，早餐可選範圍不太多，但也算可以。

早餐很豐盛但房間確實……被子很薄，然後暖氣不足，我們開了空調主要是前台説了四次新年快樂，然後告訴我們不要超過十點退房，否則要多收錢，且如果把行李寄存在酒店也要按小時花錢……第一次知道那麼多可以收錢的地方……做衞生的本地阿姨不會英文，她們並不想和你多説一句話，包括虛妄的新年快樂……電梯很慢……隔音很差，且因為是新年夜隔壁太激動但是前台也管不了…… 四星，絕對太多了，一星到兩星可以

位置毗鄰火車站及兩地鐵交匯點，電車及巴士站也近，酒店設施實而不華，餐廳有傳統薄餅烤爐，步行十分鐘可到大型超市，在拿坡里住了三個晚上，舒適的單人間，只是走廊聲音有時會傳入來，早餐很好，咖啡及牛角包很不錯。酒店每一位員工都很熱情及主動協助客人。

Convenient location. But I only found out afterwards that it’s a dangerous neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way. Some questionable policies - no free luggage storage available and no bringing outside food into the rooms

Ciao a tutti, viaggio andato bene, ma la stanza per single è brutta, il letto piccolo e la vista dalla finestra era in cortile di condominio, dove c'era molto rumore,non c'era bidè, vater con cornetto di doccia. Ma in compenso, il personale molto cordiale, il buffet di colazione e abbondante. Un altra cosa che mi lasciato perplessa : custodia dei bagagli a pagamento 🤔, nella mia esperienza era prima volta. No lo so quale criteri deve avere un hotel da 4*, il mio alloggio stato per 3*

Vendono l’hotel con il parcheggio anche se è da pagare a parte e senza nessuna convenzione, 50 euro al giorno. Ho chiesto di poter depositare i bagagli ma anche questo servizio è offerto dal parcheggio ed anche questo a pagamento. Personale molto scortese. 4 stelle non meritate. Non lo consiglio.

This is the first time I have seen so many ridiculous rules: Room: No food allowed, Luggage storage: Charged, 5 euros for 5 hours for one piece of luggage, 1 euro for one hour overtime, Breakfast: No refills if food is gone for half an hour, Check-out time: 10 am (I have never seen a hotel that checks out at 10 am) Quilt: No complete quilt cover, the quilt is sandwiched between the sheets This 4 star hotel is ridiculous🤣 抽象至極：房間：不許帶食物，行李寄存：收費，一件行李5小時5歐，超時1小時1歐，早餐：食物沒了半小時還不進行補充，退房時間：早上10點（我就沒見過10點退房的酒店）被子：沒有完整的被套，被子是夾在床單中間的這家4星級簡直荒謬…………

I’m not sure where the '4-star' rating comes from, but by universal standards, this hotel is at best a '2-star.' The location is fairly convenient, but the neighborhood doesn't feel particularly safe. The staff has the demeanor of a strict boarding school tutor: 'no food in the room!' I've also never encountered a hotel that charges for luggage storage (€5 per piece for the first 5 hours). I strongly do not recommend this hotel. You can find much better options in Naples for the same price.

性價比不是太高，價格偏貴，600多一個單人間，房間一直開著空調，很冷。走廊不是很隔音。前台服務還是可以的。圖4是機場大巴時間表，5點10分第一班，10多分鐘就到，5歐元，現金，刷卡，app買都可以。

Location ist perfekt. Das Zimmer aber sehr alt. Mein Zimmer war neben dem Personalbereich und die Sind echt zu Laut (quatschen und telefonieren). Kein Wasser als compliment im Zimmer, Tee oder Kaffee. Echt traurig für 4 Sterne Hotel. War im 2 sterne Hotel in Rom aber von allem ist besser. Wasser, 4 verschieden Tee Sorten, Espresso Maschine im Zimmer für free. Zimmer viel modern vergleich diese 4 sterne Hotel.
